AC Rewinding applies when motor is shorted, burned or with failing insulation resistance even after re-insulation. Rewinding includes paint bare stator using red insulation enamel, laying out nomex-mylar-nomex insulation material on bare stator, replacement of whole stator winding (magnetic wires) / re-taping of flat magnet wire, binding and insulate winding using deep penetrating varnish, oven curing of varnish and replacement of both end bearings.

DC Rewinding applies when armature, interpole, or field pole is shorted, burned, or with failing insulation resistance even after re-insulation.

DC Recondition applies when the motor is still working but low on insulation resistance, either one of the armature or stator is still in good condition or scheduled to prevent unwanted downtime. 

Submersible Pump Rewinding applies when pump is shorted, burned, with failing insulation resistance even after re-insulation, heavily degraded winding due to prolong exposure to liquid. 

Submersible Pump Recondition applies when the pump is still working but low on insulation resistance or scheduled along with replacement of mechanical parts to prevent unwanted downtime. 

Genset Stator / Rotor Rewinding applies when stator or armature is shorted, burned or with failing insulation resistance even after re-insulation. 

Reconditioning of armature includes cleaning / chemical wash of armature, re-insulate windings using red insulating varnish or insulating resin, oven curing of varnish and replacement of bearings. While reconditioning of stator includes cleaning / chemical wash of stator windings, re-insulate windings using deep penetrating varnish / insulating resin and oven curing of varnish.

Resleeving of Bearing Housings applies when either the drive end or non-drive end bore covers are too loose causing the whole bearing (both inner and outer race) to move together with the rotor shaft.

Buildup of Rotor Shaft applies when rotor shaft is damaged, loosed, chipped or has an uneven / unbalanced surface.  Buildup includes measuring of diameter and chamfer angle, metalizing and machining / levelling of surface of rotor shaft.

Reshafting is recommended when shafting is badly damaged or buildup cannot be used to fix the rotor shaft.

Reshafting includes removing or pressing out of old rotor shaft, fabricate and pressing in a new shaft based on the measurements of the old rotor.

After putting the shaft in place, conducting a non-destructive test such as dye penetrant test on the part where bearing and coupling will be located.
